June 12, 2005, I was just thinking about my father (deceased), Enrico Pietro Quattrociocchi, who served on the U.S.S. Canberra. I will always be "Daddy's Little Girl" and appreciate his Naval service during World War II.

Served on CAG 2 10/60 to 02/63 in "A" div. Came on board in the Med. segment of the World Cruise. Did the Med. again in 1962 plus the Cuban Blockade. Swapped with another MM2, onto a DD. Just recently came across this site. Would be interested in hearing from old buddies from that time. Spent a couple of hours with one, a year or so back. Was really nice to relive some old memories. May have to wait until next year to plan for reunion.

I'm searching for anyone who might remember serving with my Father, Robert H. Dunn. He was from NY. I know he was a Gunners mate & served somewhere between 1950 & 1957. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am not a former crewmember. I, along with five other wounded shipmates, was high-lined over to you for medical treatment from USS Keppler DD765 on 13 March 1967. The following day we were transported to Kitty Hawk by helicopter. Two lives were saved and the others well cared for. Thank you all. Michael McAleney
